Position Summary: Linehaul Resource Planning Agent-Senior Based location: Wypędy ul. Zdrojowa 9 Key responsibilities: Prepares reports on up-to-date business activity and managing administrative work Daily processes of incoming orders Input data into our in-house tracking system Maintains clear and effective communication / collaboration with the team / manager and other depots Provides support to your supervisor and team members as required Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve Performs defined procedures and processes with accuracy and completeness. Ensures time commitments and deadlines are met. Processes may include use of manual procedures or local or EU systems. Verifies data and completes procedural checks against predefined processes or criteria to ensure accuracy and quality Ensures ongoing compliance with defined FedEx processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations, and predefined agreements The ideal candidate will have: Ability to easily communicate in English (spoken and written) Accuracy & Attention to Detail Strong analytical and process thinking capabilities Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to manage own time effectively with attention to detail. Proactive approach Good planning and organising skills Good vendor management skills. Ability to work independently. Good PC & Microsoft office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
