<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p><strong>Hampton's are working in partnership with a well-known, health and social care provider who provide support for individuals with Learning disabilities and Complex needs. </strong>Our client are an organisation dedicated to ensuring both their service users and staff are happy, healthy and safe to achieve their full potential. Due to an exciting restructure they are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic <strong>Interim Operations Manager</strong> to oversee the management of around 7 Residential services across the north of England - each service has its own Manager. The services range from the North East across the Greater Manchester. This is an initial 6 month fixed term contract, with the option to apply for the permanent position should you wish.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Salary: £54,000(pro rata) + Company benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Location: North of England</strong></p><p><strong>Hours: 39hrs Mon-Fri</strong></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Candidates suitable for this post will be able to demonstrate:</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrable evidence and success in an area manager role in Adult Social Care.</li><li>Excellent knowledge and understanding of CQC.</li><li>Experience of working with individuals with Learning Disabilities.</li><li>Strong motivational skills and an adaptable management style.</li><li>Level 5 (or working towards) in Health &amp; Social care.</li><li>Strong leadership and team building skills.</li><li>Excellent people skills.</li></ul><p> <strong>Company Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>33 days Annual Leave.</strong></li><li><strong>£54,000 (pro rata) per year salary.</strong></li><li><strong>Excellent senior support team.</strong></li><li><strong>Company Pension Scheme.</strong></li><li><strong>Mileage allowance.</strong></li><li><strong>Overnight stays covered.</strong></li><li><strong>Fantastic Career development opportunities.</strong></li><li><strong>Full training provided.</strong></li></ul><p> </p><p>If you feel you are suitable for this position please email your CV to the email address provided.
