<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"> <p><strong>Job: Business Manager</strong></p><p><strong>School: </strong><strong>Secondary Academy, Lewisham, Southeast London (inner London)</strong></p><p><strong>Annual Salary: M9 - M14 (&pound;49,928 &ndash; &pound;57,736)</strong></p><p><strong>Start date: 1^st September 2022 </strong></p><p><strong>Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week, 52 weeks a year</strong></p><p>Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary school in Lewisham looking for a<strong>&nbsp;</strong>full-time Business Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team and to lead the Academy&rsquo;s corporate services and business functions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The Business Manager will take a strategic lead in maintaining the budget and finances of the Academy.&nbsp;You will be primarily responsible for supporting the Principal&nbsp;in ensuring the most effective use of resources to support the academy's development plan.</p><p>The Business Manager will be responsible for finance, HR, IT, admissions, health &amp; safety and administration across the academy, as well as the management and development of the academy site and buildings.&nbsp;</p><p>The post would suit someone who can develop a deep understanding of the organisation&rsquo;s needs and tailor their approach to each situation.
