<b>Partner with the best</b><br />
<br />
The IWS&amp;S Wellsite Supervisor leads and coordinates all Baker Hughes work at the wellsite. The main objective is to conduct all well operations including drilling, completion, or workover operations safely in accordance with the approved well program and in compliance with the applicable policies, standards and any other governance documents within the allocated time, cost, and optimal resources.<br />
<br />
As a Wellsite Leader, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Leading Baker Hughes integrated well services and operations on the rig in close cooperation with customer, drilling rig contractor, other contractors, and Baker Hughes Product Lines.</li>
<li>Ensuring safety management and safety leadership at the wellsite. Implementing and ensuring compliance of HSE Emergency Response Systems</li>
<li>Supervising the operations according to the well activity program and assisting preparation of Pre-Spud Meetings at the wellsite for upcoming wells</li>
<li>Ensuring on time entry in Job-Center of IWS&amp;S activities and timely communication of site reports including the Daily Drilling Reports.</li>
<li>Mobilizing materials, equipment, and services in a timely manner and initiates the removal of redundant materials and the immediate return of rental equipment when it is no longer required. Tracks and monitors all equipment, tools, materials, and human resources arriving/departing from the rig site.</li>
<li>Coordinating and coaching all Baker Hughes personnel towards the rigs HSE activities, operational preparation, and job execution.</li>

<ul>
<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree within relevant field. Long experience can compensate for lack of formal education</li>
<li>Have at least 8+ years of relevant experience from the oil and gas industry</li>
<li>Must Hold valid well control certification (IWCF or IADC)</li>
<li>Have a comprehensive knowledge of well control best practices and procedures</li>
<li>Have a comprehensive knowledge about Field Service operations, installation, and maintenance operations</li>
<li>Have the competency to plan, problem solve, organize, direct and control wellsite operations</li>
<li>Able to promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across multiple Product Lines, functions, external parties.</li>
