At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b>DSG North Section Head</b> within <b> Zubair Field Operating Division </b> in <b>Basra, Iraq</b>. You will be responsible for e ensuring production at the same time to the construction work. Working under the partnership between two companies of different culture.<br />
<br />
<b>As a member of the Production Division at Zubair Field Operating Division you will be responsible for </b> :</p>

<ul>
<li>Directing and controlling the day-to-day operations and find solutions to problems encountered in the operation and maintenance of the facilities.</li>
<li>Coordinating its activities with Department Managers to ensure maximum efficiency in the operation and maintenance of the facilities.</li>
<li>Ensuring the realization of production programs, storage, shipping, and water injection.</li>
<li>Coordinate activities with the various services (maintenance, engineering, production, and HSEQ).</li>
<li>Approving of requests for assistance and material withdraw from warehouse.</li>
<li>Ensuring daily and monthly reporting to management to achieve the objectives of production and health and safety.</li>
<li>Preparation, managing and monitoring of the annual budget (operating &amp; investment).</li>
<li>Issuing requests to purchase the different needs of its service.</li>
<li>Issuing administrative orders, approval of invoices from various providers.</li>
<li>Approving scope of work and technical advice prepared by the technical staff.</li>
<li>Optimize injection of chemicals operations and monitoring of the results of analyses with the aim of reducing costs.</li>
<li>Supervising of special works.</li>
<li>Ensuring the correct application of the safety alarm of production facilities (leader in the internal organization plan)</li>
<li>Managing the rotation of personnel planning and career.</li>
<li>Ensuring the needs of the personnel structure and recommend movements in case of necessity to ensure greater efficiency of operations.</li>
<li>Preparating in evaluation, training, and personnel operation upgrade programs.</li>
<li>Participating in HAZOP &amp; HAZID studies for the proposed process changes.</li>
<li>Participate in the diagnosis and analysis of incidents.</li>
<li>Recommending and implementing with the technical staff of the solutions for the problems and suggest possible improvements</li>
<li>Participating in the preparation of program of planned shutdown.</li>
<li>Participating in the preparation and monitoring of maintenance plans.</li>
<li>Participating in the development of field studies.</li>
</ul>

<li>Degree as an engineer in chemical engineering or production of hydrocarbons more training in the field of industrial security and management.</li>
<li>Have knowledge in the field of modern techniques including DCS /PLCs.</li>
<li>Previous experience in the activity field</li>
<li>Knowledge in computer tools.</li>
<li>Fluent English language.</li>
<li>Capacity analysis and rapid response.</li>
<li>Development of technical procedures related to different activities</li>
</ul>
