We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Field Supervisor - Drilling Services, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Providing direct instruction and supervision to other Field Engineers on day-to-day well site work and activities.<br></li><li>Providing advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate.<br></li><li>Providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site.<br></li><li>Utilizing broad knowledge of the product line's tool(s) and/or service for data analysis when required.<br></li><li>Ensuring work is evaluated upon completion by local Operations Management and the external Customer to ensure objectives have been met.<br></li><li>Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.<br></li><li>Acting as a project leader and mentoring junior field engineers.<br></li><li>Executing other related duties as assigned.<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have at least Two-year degree and significant relatable experience. <br></li><li>Have at least 5 years' experience as a field specialist. <br></li><li>Have thorough mechanical and application proficiency in one or more product lines. <br></li><li>Be competent in medium to high-risk applications in other product groups. <br></li><li>Have completed assigned training and development programs required by local Operations <br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.<br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.<br><br><b> Working with us </b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
