The role of the Compliance & Contracts Senior Associate is to: Lead all aspects of the execution of the BioAdvance Contracts ensuring vendors are consistent with the financial obligations and terms of the contracts; Validate invoiced amounts by conducting in depth analysis & compliance to the financial controls and own the vendors' adherence to such policy releasing only approvable payments; Prepare robust analyses supporting future budget planning, contract negotiations, and mechanization strategies. Provide oversight ensuring non-financial terms of the contract are adhered to such as Pharmacovigilance, Quality Audits, Training requirements, and others, as described in the contracts. Reporting to the Compliance Manager; they will provide recommendations/feedback on SOPs and compliance controls and be responsible for the documentation & execution of financial reconciliation activities of all Access & Affordability programs for the entire product portfolio and BioAdvance services. This position will also be the key contact for assigned projects and compliance initiatives, supporting internal & external audit requests which requires collaboration with different partners in finance, medical affairs, drug safety, HCC compliance and the sales & marketing teams ensuring appropriate governance over the multiple programs supported by BioAdvance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution & ongoing management of vendor contracts Manage documentation compliance for retention and tracking of invoices Lead invoice payment process (prepare approval documentation package, entry into e-Marketplace, follow-up on approvals, documentation/confirmation of payment delivery) Deliver on key compliance activities and lead monitoring of key control activities Preform invoice reconciliation of high dollar & volume operational invoices (Clinics, Reimbursement, Added service partners and ensure validation approvals, as per financial audit requirements Monitor adherence to non-financial contracted requirements Lead vendors with process and/or changes to the product monographs ensuring compliance with new regulations are implemented timely and the coordination of supplies to the clinics on an ongoing basis. Connect with partners using data to generate insight Proactively conduct data analysis and provide insight into business issues and opportunities Support the development of strategic forecasts with business partners through analysis of relevant trending data Building tools and processes to increase efficiency in managing the growing volume of contracts Qualifications Qualifications Education: Undergraduate degree, Business or Finance. MBA an asset Required: Minimum of 3 years of audit / reconciliation experience in Finance, Access, Reimbursement, or Patient Support Program, with direct experience writing SOPs & supporting audits within the healthcare industry. Skilled at documentation and detailed oriented Broad understanding of the pharmaceutical & financial compliance landscape Financial acuity and strong analytical capability including data analytics Ability to innovate and lead organizational change Demonstrated learning agility in multiple functions or industry experiences Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Strong presentation skills Proven track record to sell recommendations and mobilize teams Strong capabilities in negotiating & influencing without authority Preferred: Problem solving – insight driven with a focus on innovative solutions Strong interpersonal and project management skills Deep analytical skills combined with the ability to see the “big picture” Demonstrated customer focus and the ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively both internally and externally Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Strong capabilities in negotiating & influencing without authority Vendor management experience an asset Other: Bilingual in English/French would be an asset Some national travel will be required (5%) Office based position Computer work At Johnson & Johnson, we’re on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
