Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Johnson & Johnson means “You Belong” Job title – Integrated Data Management Engineer (MTO) Function – Janssen Pharmaceuticals Location - Any J&J Location within EMEA/North America About this role: The Manufacturing and Technical Operations (MTO) Integrated Data Management Engineer is responsible for delivering advanced data integration management processes, technologies, standards to enhance the data quality across the Digital landscape implementing data tools, processes, to supervise and improve our digital applications. This role can be based at any J&J location within EMEA/North America. Key Responsibilities: The successful applicant will collaborate with Digital Application owners to ensure no impact to digital applications. As well as being the key contact for all digital application owners on data content issues. Define and deploy Integrated Data Standards with data source owners to deliver ‘good data’ ensuring modelling scalability for the Digital Applications Manage efficient execution of Data Management processes for Data integration and execution of Integrated Data Services across the Digital Stack Manage key performance indicators of Digital Applications and implement Lifecycle management business processes Manage & continuously improve performance of the data governance and maintenance processes in continuous alignment with connected data management partners, data owners & providers. Provide tools support for data maintenance and governance Promote and Manage Data Ownership and awareness across MTO Lead Integrated Digital Solutions design and delivery Qualifications Experience, skills & proficiencies required: We are looking for a highly skilled, results oriented and structured person with great ability to prioritize and make things happen. Both practical operational execution as well as tactical process improvements. The role will require a strong collaborative approach. The ability to embed a culture of harmonization and process improvement and value creation as well as managing multiple initiatives in a global environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist, will be key to be successful in this role. Experience in integration of Manufacturing Systems in a GMP environment (SAP,MES,LIMS,DCS,Cloud) Data Operations, Systems Management Experience Understanding of data integration, modelling and relational databases Experience with Microsoft Azure and services preferred In addition. A technical education/ degree in Business Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Science field is required, at Bachelor level >7 Several years of related experience managing data in engineering, manufacturing, quality or similar roles Project Management skills, e.g., FPX, Agile. PMP Good technical foundation, including familiarity with building web-based BI and business automation solutions, preferably in a highly agile environment Broad knowledge of Business Intelligence and data warehousing concepts, tools, architectures What type of mark will YOU make?
