Innovating in the energy industry, our subsea and surface pressure capabilities are industry-leading.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property<br><br>As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:<br><br> &bull; Deploying, planning, and executing of field resources to meet customer and business metrics <br><br> &bull; Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalated <br><br> &bull; Developing long range forecast for region resource needs <br><br> &bull; Developing and executing short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments (including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development) <br><br> &bull; Presenting projects' plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders <br><br> &bull; Handling complex medium term project processes and important business unit clients <br><br> &bull; Complying with HS&E regulations at all times <br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br> &bull; Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Tubular Running Services and Casing Running Services <br><br> &bull; Have a Bachelor's degree or higher <br><br> &bull; Display strong written and oral English & communication skills <br><br> &bull; Display strong interpersonal and leadership skills <br><br> &bull; Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions <br><br> &bull; Have the ability to lead programs/projects - established project management skills <br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
