We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Finance Executive to join our team. Your role would be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. In this role you will be responsible for: Ensure proper recording of transactions for fixed assets and inventories of the company in accordance to international accounting standards and company policies. Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing of accounts, reconciliation and reporting. Proper maintenance of data master. Coordinate and involve in stock take activities. Able to attend to and resolve matters in relation to fixed assets and inventories. Preparation and Computation of sales commissions/incentives. Other ad hoc tasks. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: Degree/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or its equivalent At Least 3-5 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduate may apply Willing to travel nationally up to 20% Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status Employment of foreigners are subject to the local authorities approval and subject to their own visa application Highly Desirable: Advanced User of Spreadsheet and Presentation Tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Good Analytical Skills and is Able to Present Analysis in Rationale and “Speaking the Audience Language”. Independent, Self-Starter, Self-Motivated, Result Oriented as well as Customer Oriented. Ability to Multi-Task, Work Under Pressure, and Meet Deadlines Required. Business/Commercially focused acumen.
