The Role The ideal candidate will understand exactly how agile and new ways of working transforms the experiences of customers, employees, and suppliers, and fully appreciate the transformation journey taken by both IT and the business. S/he will be driven to support our clients through that transformation journey, by efficiently and effectively managing, coaching, mentoring, and delivering outcomes-driven consulting engagements. This individual will be confident and comfortable with coaching client’s business stakeholders on business/enterprise agility and improve ways of working. To be successful in this role, here is what you’ll be expected to do: Lead Agile consulting engagement(s) at customer locations and deliver solutions as per the customer expectations including Agile Coaching to senior business and IT stakeholders, Training, Assessment, Tools and Engineering practices review/support, and other activities as necessary. Manage global onshore/offshore teams for agile coaching and the work they are delivering Help client organisation to move from “projects to a products and platform” organisation, from traditional (waterfall) ways of working to Agile, DevSecOps and Cloud ways of working Establish distributed Agile practices, but with the recent COVID-19 pandemic, make delivery of work effective with even 100% remote working of teams Attract, hire, retain, inspire, and manage the new age talent required for the successful delivery at your assigned client(s). Mentor and guide the team members where required Ensure team and self-utilisation at all times based on the quarterly goals and objectives established by your practice and account leadership Lead and/or support ongoing pursuits to win new business at existing or new clients Own and achieve the assigned revenue, client satisfaction targets Motivate your team members and yourself to write about the delivery successes as white papers and thought leadership articles that are published in reputed forums in the industry. Also, find opportunities to present jointly at industry forums. Travel to client locations as and when needed (sometimes up to 60- 70% travel required) To help us level up, you'll ideally have: Experience and proven performance in leading or co-leading Agile Transformation, preferably for multiple customers in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Consulting organisation 8-10 years relevant targeted experience in Agile transformation including at least 5-6 years as an Enterprise Agile Coach. Must have experience in coaching business product owners and senior management. Experience of working at Organisational and Portfolio level, performing Organisational Design, Enterprise Governance Hands-on experience working with Enterprise Agile frameworks such as SAFe, DAD and LeSS, as well as Scrum and Kanban Experience and knowledge in contemporary engineering and DevSecOps practices such as XP, pair programming, TDD/ATDD, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Continuous Testing / Automated Testing, Continuous Monitoring, etc. Strong facilitation and listening skills with demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating workshops using a variety of techniques (e.g., Agile Games) Relevant qualification across Agile and Lean domains, with a preference to Lean IT Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma Pragmatic balance between
