<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist to work in our Collins Street Office in Melbourne CBD for 3 days a week (Mon / Tues / Thurs) with view to fulltime employment. <br><br>We are looking for a proactive, efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills to manage front desk reception duties and associated administration tasks. <br><br>Ideally you will have prior experience working in a busy Engineering, Construction and or Projects delivery related organisation. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b> <br><ul><li> Organising office inductions </li><li> Managing security passes for employees and visitors </li><li> Receiving and distributing incoming mail and organising outgoing mail </li><li> Booking meeting rooms and organizing catering </li><li> Preparing documents/ formatting documents </li><li> Collating and distributing monthly reports </li><li> Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment </li><li> Booking domestic and international travel, organising visas as required </li><li> Organising training & medicals for travellers </li><li> Updating org charts </li><li> Credit card reconciliation/ expenses </li><li> Organising social events </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Energetic, reliable, bubbly and outgoing with strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li> Excellent communication skills including a professional phone manner </li><li> Excellent customer service skills </li><li> Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively </li><li> Strong work ethic and attention to detail </li><li> Ability to work within a team environment and adapt to changing situations </li><li> A positive attitude </li></ul><br> Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role. <br><br>If you're an experienced Receptionist ready for your next opportunity, then we are keen to hear from you today. <br><br>Apply now and take the next step in your career with this exciting opportunity! <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
