En Eaton (Coamo, PR) tenemos la vacante Machine Operator II. Este rol tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL DEL PUESTO Este puesto requiere la operación de equipo para operaciones secundarias (e.g., Tornos, Taladros, “Coil Winders”, “Tapping and Drilling Machines”, etc.) asociado a operaciones en el área de “FEEDERS” y aprender a realizar puesta a punto (set-up) de las mismas. TAREAS ASOCIADAS AL PUESTO 1. Operar una variedad de maquinaria industrial para: cortar, embobinar, remachar, soldar, doblar, enderezar y formar piezas de metal o plástico; según las especificaciones y requerimientos de calidad. 2. Realizar cambios simples de herramientas (“fixtures”). 3. Realizar TPM/Operador asignados. 4. Leer e Interpretar especificaciones en dibujos de ingeniería (cuando sea necesario). 5. Realizar inspecciones por atributo (e.g., roscas, agujeros, “Go, No-Go gages” y “Testers”) a piezas y componentes, de acuerdo a los dibujos y requisitos de calidad establecidos (donde sea necesario). 6. Utilizar a cabalidad y estar certificado en el manejo de los instrumentos de medición, tales como: “Testers”, “pin gage” y “thread gage”, “Go, No-Go gage”, etc. 7. Participar activamente en eventos “Kaizen” (cuando sea necesario). 8. Requiere la guía de un operador más diestro. 9. Realizar su trabajo cumpliendo con las guías operacionales establecidas (MESH, LEAN, ERP, etc.). Qualifications REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO 1. Educación: Cuarto año de Escuela Superior. 2. Experiencia: Mínimo, tres (3) año de experiencia en operaciones de manufactura o en un oficio relacionado. Nota: Para ser Certificado en la posición, tiene que completar todos los adiestramientos requeridos.
