<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; 12 Years of experience in Planning / Costing / Finance of which 5 years in a supervisory capacity in Oil &amp; Gas Industry or environmental Organisation. &bull; High skills and knowledge relating to incident damage claims and incident accounting/costing techniques. &bull; A good working knowledge of the International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund and the activities of the International Association of Independent Tanker Owners (INTERTANKO) and the International Tanker Owners Pollution Federation Limited (ITOPF)<br />
