We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>The Additive Manufacturing Engineer leads the creation, evaluation, and implementation of end-to-end manufacturing solutions for key design features on BH products.<br><br>As an Additive Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Actively participate in HSE programs as assigned. </li><li> Conceive, design, prototype, test, document, and support production processes, procedures, equipment, and systems for manufacturing production. </li><li> Support troubleshooting tool failures of NPI production. </li><li> Recognize synergies throughout the organization, initiate, drive and complete implementation of the benefits into new products. </li><li> Responsible for technical input for new product manufacturing, QA and service delivery technical department. </li><li> Evaluate customer quality requirements and engineer to order requirements. Advise Plant Manufacturing Engineering team. </li><li> Drive efficiency for manufacturing processes on a global scale. Drive for Change - to reduce Manufacturing cost and improve turnaround time without compromising quality. </li><li> Manage the support and provision of project tools and systems. </li><li> Drive standards, procedures, processes and information management. </li><li> Represent PL SC Mfg and produces consolidated reporting to PDM Check points/Business reviews board, including milestone summary (SC readiness requirements), key issues and benefits. </li><li> Lead, initiates and facilitates plant level process improvement projects with focus on cost reduction and efficient production. </li><li> Setup and maintain routers and bills of material (BOM) in SAP </li><li> Review and action engineering change requests and orders. </li><li> Troubleshoot, test, assemble and perform visual inspection of electronic and mechanical systems. </li><li> Identify cost-out opportunities and elevate to Product Line Supply Chain Leader and Design Engineering teams. </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical Engineering or closely related field) </li><li> Have 4 years of experience in Manufacturing. </li><li> Have experience in mechanical product development, manufacturing engineering, tooling engineering, high precision fabrication, or similar roles </li><li> Have knowledge of Topology optimization tools on metal production components </li><li> Demonstrate design experience </li><li> Demonstrate commitment and tenacity; a self-starter who learns quickly and adapts to find new solutions in the face of adversity </li><li> Be able to apply core principles of Design of Experiment, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, and Statistical Process Control </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
