Job Description We need someone who can: Develops plans, budgets, and forecasts to enable the achievement of organizational strategic short and long-term goals. Sets assumptions for cost levels and capital expenditures. Provide proactive cost controls and reporting on actual versus targeted financial results. Utilize analysis to improve overall financial plans and to enable target setting and decision making. Utilize analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations. Leverage relationships by interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders. Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve processes across the organization. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently to meet deliverable timelines. Explain difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience 1 to 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting Strong analytical and communication skills.
