R&D Test Engineer The GSK R&D Test Engineer role is vital in supporting and implementing test automation within Product Teams. This role is responsible for assisting Product Teams in realizing their Test Strategy and producing an automated evidence-based model for testing. Working with the rest of the Product and engineering teams you will ensure that Product Deliveries are closely aligned with DevOps, Quality and UX. In this role you will… Develop the Test Automation Product that Product teams both within Vaccines R&D Tech use for automated Testing Work directly with Product Teams across Vaccines R&D Tech providing coaching, support and guidance with best practices in test and automation Champion the discipline of Testing within Product Teams and drive the uptake of Test-Driven Development and Behaviour-Driven Development Provide Test tools and Test Automation recommendations for use within R&D Tech and the wider GSK Tech landscape Support the qualification of Testing Tools and Test Automation capability Partner with Vaccines R&D Tech’s Strategic Partners to accelerate Test opportunities within Vaccines R&D Tech Why you? Qualifications & Skills: Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Computer Science or related bachelor’s degree desirable although relevant experience is equally valued Strong industry experience in Software Engineering with competency in at least one programming language (e.g. C
