Job Description The duties will include: Supporting team members in case of more complex queries received by email and phone (process clarification and sharing the best practices within queries resolution area) Answering general questions related to process specifics, usage of tools and applications raised by team members and analysts Supporting team members in case of workload Performing trainings for newcomers Performing Quality Checks for newcomers and team members Review of the daily auto allocation Managing split the updates of absent agents Preparation of forward report on weekly basis Preparation and check of knowledge test taken by newcomers Raising tickets for the tool’s outage Reporting to SD Team Leaders operational, quality and IT issues Initiating improvements in Service Desk department (participation in White Belt projects, process improvement initiatives) Performing other tasks delegated by SD Team Leaders We are looking for candidates with: Fluent in English and Spanish; Good verbal and written communication skills, including rapport building; Good organizational and analytical skills; Problem solving and decision-making skills; Highly motivated, proactive and flexible; Can work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy MS Office knowledge/skills SAP experience is a must.
