Milling Programmer (Manufacturing Engineer)

<ul><li>Review new part related for machining process</li><li>Create CNC Milling Program</li><li>Redraw the new part to convert to CAD-CAM if required</li><li>Prepare machine tool and cutting insert for machining process</li><li>Design and provide the fixture for machining process</li><li>Review to optimize machining process periodically</li><li>Create and insert routing</li><li>Support production on machining technical issue </li><li>Advice and recommendation the safety at machining process</li><li>NCR review and corrective action </li></ul><br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> <ul><li><ul><li>Minimum diploma degree with 3 years in machining process </li><li>Fluent in English language</li><li>Experience in SAP</li><li>Able to create program CNC milling machine</li><li><b>Familiar with machine controller Fanuc, Mazatrol and Sinumerik</b></li><li><b>Familiar with manufacturing process</b></li><li>Familiar with CAD-CAM and Progno</li><li>Able to design fixture with AutoCAD 2D &amp; 3D</li><li>Able to find the root cause analysis machining defect</li><li>Familiar with GDNT (Geometric, Dimension and Tolerancing)</li></ul></li></ul>
