R&D Controller

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile University degree in business administration or an apprenticeship with relevant professional experience Solid knowledge in SAP FI/CO, MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and OneSRM Ability to interact with diverse environments (cultures, internal stakeholders, business drivers) Capacity to absorb a vast and diverse amount of information Up-to-date with automation possibilities, ability to use IT for most efficient digitalization methods Business experience in project controlling (forecasting, cost to come, etc) Your responsibilities Controlling and reporting on R&D projects in Transmission Business Unit High Voltage Grids Coordination and execution of all commercial activities of HG product and system developments (R&D projects) within the Transmission Business Unit HG Compilation of cost calculation, analysis of deviations months over months and assessment of adequacy of budgets. Coordination of required actions with technical project management Monthly/quaterly reporting on status of R&D projects, forecasting and reporting to Senior Management Being part of continous improvement and digitalization of R&D organisation and commercial activities (processes, tools, etc.) Ordermanagement (Request for proposals, selection, order management and invoice/cost controlling).
