Job Description Job responsibilities will include monitoring incoming alerts from a variety monitoring applications and escalating issues as needed in a timely manner to ensure Service Level and Organization Level Agreements are achieved. Responsibilities also include triaging returned desktops and monitors to determine eligibility for redeployment. This role will also require: Performing tasks based on established procedures. Using data organizing and coordination skills to perform business support or technical work. General Profile Expands skills within an analytical or operational process. Follows standardized procedures and receives Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work. Works within established procedures and practices. Utilizes existing procedures to resolve incidents Works with a moderate to minimal degree of supervision. Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly Interpersonal Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Exchange information and ideas effectively. Effective listener Responsibility Statements Conduct triage on returned desktops and monitors and determine eligibility to redeploy Sort/Organize desktop and monitor returns from remote workers Document incoming and outgoing shipments for remote workers Monitors applications and processes and assists with escalation / remediation steps. Follows documented process for daily activities Performs actions based on business/operational needs and prepares system reports. Assists with incident management and support requests. Works with support teams to define root cause and replicate issues. Verifies environment stability. Performs daily tasks competently. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
