We are actively looking for a Transversal IT Support Specialist (M/F) based in Clermont-Ferrand Your role will be to: Provide technical support to Operations for the resolution of application and/or infrastructure Assist the end users during major crises as expert capacity Drive the technical teams for incident resolution Manage application performance analysis Advise projects on ways to improve performance issues Proactively detect and manage problem sources Provide a day of service during a week or on the weekend You have at least 5 years’ experience in IT support domain You have cross-functional incident resolution experience could this be on application, middleware, OS, network You have strong experience in support on systems and virtualization :Linux, AIX, Windows, VMware, Power VM, Docker, Kubernetes You have minimum 2 years’ experience in networks’ support: LAN, WAN, Firewall You are fluent in French and English Work from home possible 2 days per week with presence on site
