Material Planner

Represent the customer’s voice into the operation for delivery to accommodate on-time delivery to customers And Responsible for SIOP management. This position integrates the functions of order entry from customers, updating rolling sales and forecast each month and managing Finished Goods inventory to support the customer’s demand timely. Coordinate and maintain the FTA documents and system to complete the Certification of Origin for all FTAs in effect. Responsible for FTA system management and collecting documents from suppliers to submit the Certification of Origin for goods in compliance with FTA requirement. Understand logistics terms and can generate shipping document to deliver overseas A. Actively communicate internally and externally to confirm delivery demand from customers and arrange shipping plan to make on-time delivery to customer. B. Enter customer’s order into order entry system timely and conduct the execution of the delivery to the given requirement. Send ASN to each customer with necessary shipping documents either via EDI system or manual report upon available. C. Conduct customer’s long-term forecast from various channel for SIOP and analyze the gap vs. actual sales D. Represent customer’s voice internally and update the customer’s complaint report requesting follow-up activities from each concerned party. E. Maintain MFG Pro updated for shipping plan to customers, sales forecast and sales closing transaction F. Track and measure key performance indicator of CS regularly and conduct cause verification and corrective action in place to meet or exceed the goals and objectives G. Receive the customer’s packaging requirement and coordinate the development with manufacturing engineering and buyers. H. Select the best solution for freight forwarding to guarantee the delivery in timely manner and minimize premium expenses. I. Understand FTA and Logistics term. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in commercial and trade, Business Administration, Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Commercial “Business” verbal and written communication skills in English.
