Mechanical Fitters - Rotating

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood has a collaborative maintenance contract with Ampol to deliver leading maintenance services to their Lytton site. <br><br>We currently have a number of casual openings (with the potential for full time employment for the right candidates) for motivated and experienced <b>Rotating</b> <b> Equipment Mechanical Fitters </b> , to work as part of our team. <br><br>Applicants <b> must have full work rights </b> in Australia to be considered for the role. <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Previous <b>Rotating experience is essential</b> </li><li> Must be trade qualified with proven maintenance experience in heavy industry environments </li><li> Knowledge of pumps, valves, vessels, pipework, PSV's etc </li><li> Knowledge of Turbines and ancillary equipment </li><li> Machine alignment principles </li><li> Hydro testing </li><li> Air compressors and associated ancillary equipment </li><li> Flange management, Hydrotesting, Valve and pipe installation experience required </li><li> Flexibility to join a on call roster </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
