Subsea Engineer - RESIDENT

<p>The scope of the SERVICE consists:</p>

<p>in providing technical subsea expertise within the COMPANY Subsea Wells, xmas Trees and Life of field department for Wellhead systems, Tubing Hangers systems, Xmas Tree systems and Intervention systems.<br />
In preparing all workscopes to meet the drilling rig planning / project planning to ensure all engineering studies, equipment lists, procedures etc are prepared for hand-over of operations to superintendents<br />
In supporting the subsea superintendents with engineering support during operations<br />
in ensuring that all subsea related programs are prepared and review operational performance<br />
in managing the day to day engineering tasks including procurement at the contractors to ensure operational needs are met on time and within budget<br />
in supporting the head of department in budget preparation and cost tracking<br />
in supporting with cost reporting to cost control function<br />
in suggesting solutions for operational improvement<br />
in optimizing cost fully achieved for well performance, productivity, and development goal within a high standard of safety and environment level.</p>

<p>This SERVICE encompasses mainly the following parts:</p>

<p>Follow up of all subsea related engineering / procurement / equipment preparation activities at the SPS / Subsea Wells Contractor Luanda base; Follow up of the engineering activities related to the subsea equipment;<br />
Follow up of operational analysis and NPT tracking for the subsea operations;<br />
Participation to the analysis of performance for the wells liaising with the COMPANY Lead Subsea Engineer;<br />
Participation to the preparation of procedures and programmes for the subsea operations during; completion and intervention, respecting the company procedures, safety and environment;<br />
Optimisation of procedures and programmes in order to reduce costs and delays;<br />
Technical expertise to the COMPANY subsea superintendent during subsea completion activities;<br />
Make up of regular feedback to the COMPANY DT/FCP organisation with a view to improve the operations while respecting the safety of personnel and equipment;<br />
Assistance to the COMPANY onshore subsea superintendent during fault finding / anomalies related to the offshore. activities with a view to identifying possible failures and proposing solutions;<br />
Participation to various subsea studies for the subsidiary.</p>

<p>Required skills and experience for the execution of the SERVICE</p>

<p>Engineering degree level in relevant discipline<br />
Extensive experience (&gt;15 years) in subsea engineering and operations offshore and onshore including experience during project preparation phases / equipment design / project engineering.<br />
Extensive expertise in wellhead, tubing hanger, xmas tree and intervention technologies<br />
Experience of working at both service contractors and with operators<br />
Experience of budgeting and cost control<br />
IWCF Level 4 or Level 5</p>
