Having previous experience working with SEN children or children with challenging behaviour would be an advantage but is not essential. A can-do attitude and the ability to use initiative and communicate confidently will see you excel in this role. You, as the new SEN Teaching Assistant will be supported by a strong inclusion team and senior leadership team who believe that every child should and will have access to mainstream education.<br /><br /> If you have exposure as a SEN Teaching Assistant or believe you have the capability to support students with Special Education Needs (SEN), this is a great role for you, and we want to hear from you today.
