The Asset and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining records of assets and materials in inventory and order. Day to day you will be providing information to determine the status of current orders and to forecast needs for future orders. You will compile documentation of materials and stock on hand, monitor reorder points and initiate action to replenish stock as needed. <br><br>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: <br><ul><li> Initiate and close out cycle counts on a weekly basis. </li><li> Investigate and capture the Root Cause Analysis for any variance. </li><li> Responsible for receipting new imports/transfers into Angola as well as local purchases. </li><li> Process shipping, receiving and inventory issue transactions, re-class from inventory to assets as well as any disposals in a timely manner. </li><li> Conduct all transactions related to parent/child asset relationships accurately and in a timely manner and coordinate with the Fixed Asset Team. </li><li> Cooordinate and support the yearly asset count. </li><li> Support Material Handler with Warehouse Management Practices, including labelling of products, bin location set up and layout for efficient process flow. </li><li> Support Product Line to ensure 100% process and ERP system transaction discipline and compliance to Company Procedures and Work Instructions. </li><li> Adhere to and enforce all Asset and Inventory related Policies, including procurement process for Inventory in line with Grant of Authority (GOA) approval process. </li><li> Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. </li><li> Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. </li><li> Work assignments should be carried out to the highest quality level. </li><li>Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.</li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Should possess 3-4+ years inventory experience. </li><li> Should have previous physical count experience. </li><li> Should have good knowledge of the difference between assets and inventory. </li><li> Ability to multi-task. </li><li> Should have previous ERP experience - JD Edwards, SAP etc. </li><li> Good computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Excel would be beneficial. </li><li> Strong English verbal and written communication skills. </li><li> Excellent organizational skills. </li><li> Should be able to work closely and collaboratively with fellow employees. </li><li> Basic forklift skills is advantageous. </li><li> Adherence to policies and procedures. </li></ul>
