[Vision] Supply Chain Supervisor

Job Description Follow up the processes of warehousing of finished goods, fill orders, ships and delivers to customer. Manage and coordinate with 3PL for repacking or relabeling process and ensure compliance following QA requirement. Manage packaging materials. Manage and coordinate with transportation service providers for domestic distribution. Own the quality agenda in terms of warehousing and distribution operations. Facilitate S&OP meeting and updates with supply chain partners and internal cross-functional business partners (marketing, sales and finance) to clarify demand requirements and drive improvements in forecast accuracy. Plan inventory per the sales forecast, to meet both customer service and inventory targets. Prepares reports for management to facilitate decision making. Required University educated in business or related disciplines. At least 5 years of supply chain experience with proven track record in multi-national company. Desirable Experiences with managing 3PL and quality is definitely a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills in oral and written Mandarin and English. Good understanding and insights for health care or pharmaceutical/medical industry. Knowledge of GMP, GDP is preferred. Good Big Picture Orientation with attention to details. Passionate, committed, initiative and follow through capability to deliver results. Good influencing skills and teamwork. Strategic thinking in terms of business orientation and customers' insights.
