<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Origination, marketing and sales (or purchase) of petroleum products representing the front face for QatarEnergy (QPSPP) to global clients.<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
&bull; Bachelor&
39;s degree in the field of Business/Commerce (Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, etc) or in the field of Engineering (with relevant experience in marketing and sales).<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
&bull; Minimum 10 years&
39; experience in petroleum commodity marketing, trading and/or sales management, customer relationship management and managing/directing commercial operations. Preferably with a mid to large size organization in the energy industry. &bull; Marketing and trading of petroleum commodities, sales and client-relationship management must be demonstrated in previous jobs and/or assignments. &bull; Experience in origination of new clients and/or markets. &bull; Experience in commercial risk and risk management. &bull; Experience in financial controls and business controls. &bull; Experience in commercial agreement negotiations and implementation. &bull; Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of international the Oil and Gas industry. &bull; Knowledge of product value chain and areas in commercial agreements where further value can be extracted and where value must be protected. &bull; Excellent negotiation skills. Strong ability to conclude deals with clients and finalize sales agreements. &bull; Effective communication and interpersonal skills &bull; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language. &bull; High standard of personal integrity.<br />
