We are seeking to fill our Accounts Payable Customer Service Associate(AP-CSA) position in Sandy, Utah. AP CSA’s are responsible for performing routine tasks requiring working knowledge of accounts payable as they relate to payment processing, monitoring checks and responding to customer/ bank and or account related inquires. Within this role the ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively to assure quality and performance measure are met. The associate will understand the full functioning and integration of working together to achieve company goals. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalency 1 year experience in providing strong customer service Basic Computer knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft suite (word, outlook excel) The ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner. Excellent Communication skills and attention to detail Able to multi-task and prioritize as accordingly Effective time management skills The ability to work under pressure. The ability to maintain excellent attendance and adherence to assigned work schedules.
