Strong effective interpersonal skills are required to provide Supply Chain finance process expertise across the organization with a focused relationship with business partners of the site [Responsibilities] - Provide support for business planning and forecast cycles. - Provide support for quarterly closing of the company. - Provide financial support to all departments in the plant including capital / investment proposals. - Responsible for ad hoc report and various financial projects. - Reviews, discusses, and challenges any kind of business process. - Improve the reporting and planning process and provide management with transparent information to support business decisions [Requirements] - Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting or equivalent with professional experience but not limited. - Proven track record of supply chain finance experience. - Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills - Big picture orientation with attention to detail - Sound knowledge of a broad range of finance aspects - Act as team player and participate in various non-financial discussions, projects and actions. - From a financial compliance point of view, it’s expected to have knowledge of GAAP (Korea/US), IFRS and SOX related requirements.
