Based in Switzerland, this Eaton's entity has been pioneering the design and production of charging systems for electric vehicles since 2009. It manufactures charging stations, designs management software for charging networks, operates charging stations and serves as an electric mobility service provider. Green Motion business unit creates breakthrough technologies, including charging stations for electric planes and onboard chargers for the automobile industry. Green Motion Business Unit operates its own network of charging stations under the “evpass” brand. evpass has become Switzerland’s most extensive network as well as the leading EV charging hub in Europe. Job Summary To strengthen our team in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne, we are looking for an Assistant evpass/operation (70-100%) to help the team in all administratives tasks of the operations and the evpass network in German, French and English. Job Responsibilities Manager and track order confirmations for Green Motion Eaton and the evpass network Follow sales processes and update data in ERP Assist in logistics activities for the shipment of our products Support the evpass Project Coordinator in administrative activities and follow-up of our partners Respond to customer requests and questions by phone or email Prepare the documents for the installation of the charging stations Manage the software platform (creation of chargers, address changes, operator, user and others) Follow up of newly installed chargers Manage order returns/cancellations Qualifications CFC as commercial employee or similar education First successful experience in the administrative field Excellent oral and written skills in German, English and French Strong organizational capabilities Structured Proactive Ability to establish excellent working relationships within the team
