<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>The Discovery and Access Learning Coordinator will join the Community and Access Learning team to manage Kew’s Discovery Programme which offers a range of accessible learning opportunities for audiences with access requirements to learn about Kew science and horticulture. Through coordination of Kew’s Access Forum you will also support increased accessibility to Kew Gardens for all visitors.  </p>

<p>The successful candidate will be joining the team at an exciting time, with the opportunity to reflect on delivery of the Discovery Programme to date and to think strategically with the Community and Access Learning Manager about the future development of the programme.</p>
<p>You will be passionate about providing accessible learning for all with experience of project management and volunteer management. You will have knowledge of best practice in engaging with audiences who have access requirements and experience of developing informal learning sessions.</p>
<p>You will be familiar with issues surrounding social inclusion and be committed to supporting Kew’s responsibilities towards safeguarding of children and adults at risk. This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.  </p>
<p>This role is based at Kew Gardens with the option of regular home working (up to 40% of working hours) subject to operational requirements. </p>
