Job Description We are looking for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developers. The role is remote, based in Romania. DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: Identifying and designing business processes for automation; Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error; Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations; Producing process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward; Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of Automation tools, such as UiPath, PowerApps, Blue Prism, UI Automation, etc.; Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality; Experience with web development technologies – preferential; Programming language experience (Python, Visual Basic); Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients; Ability to work with deadlines and manage expectations; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Attention to details.
