<strong>Job Description:</strong><br />
<br />
The role would suit someone wishing to gain experience in a jewellery business / the operational side of a business. This is an entry level role.<br />
<br />
<strong>Key Responsibilities - </strong>to include but not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Receive and process all new sales orders for Ecommerce.</li>
<li>Monitor parcels in transit to facilitate any issues via the relevant portals and communicating with the customer service team.</li>
<li>Processing online customer returns and exchanges.</li>
<li>Organising orders for Wholesale Clients including Fortnum & Mason, Far Fetch, WOSG, Neiman Marcus to name a few.</li>
<li>Support other departments with operational areas including Production, Marketing for PR and Photoshoots, Merchandising and the Retail Flagship.</li>
<li>Receive inbound parcels and ensure they are seamlessly returned to the correct stock location/department.</li>
<li>Support with all logistics involving movement of goods in and out of the business.</li>
</ul>
