Responsibilities Assist in formulating marketing strategies and develop plans to achieve the business objectives of the shop business in Hong Kong & Macau Create and execute digital marketing and CRM plan across online (paid/ owned/ earned) and off-line platforms. Liaise with media and digital agencies to come up with the cost effective and compelling digital marketing programs Manage eCommerce and CRM platforms to ensure the success of all deliverables and handling communication with CS/Shop/Corp team Collaborate closely with Corp Sales/Eshop and Shop team. Propose plans at customer end with sales team if needed Generate CRM reports and working closely with marketing teams on execution of loyalty program activities Explore and review latest digital trend/ technology to achieve efficiency Participating in ad-hoc assignments as required Requirements Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines is preferred Min 4 years relevant experience in a shop marketing and/or digital marketing related fields, CRM related is a plus Proactive, attentive, independent, customer-oriented with good teamwork Excellent communications, interpersonal, numerical & analysis skills Proficiency in MS Office application (especially in Excel & PowerPoint) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) 5-day week and attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
