Tech Product Manager - Data and Analytics

Site Name: Poznan Business Garden Posted Date: Jul 18 2022 The Product Manager – Compliance, Audit and Assurance is accountable for business and technical analysis for technology products that support GSK’s Compliance and Audit & Assurance (A&A) functions. One high profile example of such products is OneTrust, a SaaS platform used by GSK for to comply with Privacy and Third Party Risk Management legal, regulatory and policy requirements. The Product Manager will partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., in Tech, Legal, Compliance, A&A, Procurement, etc.) and external partners (e.g., third party software and services suppliers) to ensure business requirements are met through technology solutions. As part of the persistent product development team, the Product Manager is accountable for delivering technical artefacts/documentation, ensuring sound architectural setup of products, adhering to compliance/governance processes, and more. In this role you will: Technical Configuration/Customization: Work with third party solutions providers, developers, and other Tech teams to conduct technical configuration/customization of solutions that meet our customers’ needs and provides a great user experience Governance & Product Assessment: Take part in technical governance and oversight of product development across a product domain. Support Solutions Architect in the assessment of technology solutions Product Domain: Understand the product domain from a technology perspective but also understand how the technology adds value to the underlying business process(es) Change & Release management: Manage change activity, including Software as a Service (SaaS) supplier-delivered change, in to the production service in a compliant and efficient manner Integrations: Work with APIs to enable integration between various software applications/platforms Technical Product Deliverables: Ensure completion of technical deliverables as outlined by Product Owner/GRC and ensuring technical aspects of definition of done are achieved. Operational Support: Raise support tickets and escalations to resolve to break-fix issues, bugs, etc. and deployment of operational changes. Demonstrate an ability to resolve complex issues, manage user relationships and delivery. Proactively seek ways to reduce the volume of support work, identifying common/recurring issues, and proposing technology and/or process improvements. Why You? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with these required skills to achieve our goal: Solid experience as a Technical Analyst (software/application requirement gathering) Experience with technical development, solution design, programme and product delivery Experience of working with third parties in the delivery of working products – SaaS Vendors Excellent stakeholder/vendor management skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient with key MS Microsoft Office tools Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Hands-on configuration and/or end-user experience with risk management functionality in one or more of the systems: OneTrust, i-Sight, Archer, ServiceNow, Veeva Quality Vault Understanding of Agile Software Development, experience in Scrum, Kanban or SAFe Previous work with Microsoft Azure, or other Cloud service providers Previous work with Power Apps and Microsoft Flow desirable Why GSK?
