Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analyzing system field problems in deployed/installed applications, resolving known issues, and proposing new solutions otherwise Quickly find filed problems’ root cause, suggest an appropriate solution, and perform the fix/troubleshooting. Regular monitoring and analysis of deployments and maintaining of their track record and history. Preparing suggestions for system improvements to the design team based on field experience. Perform system and electronics testing on customer-returned hardware and determination of failure root causes.
