Project Manager

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our team based from the client's Metropolitan Melbourne facilities. <br><br>The ideal candidate would act as the main client interface and lead a team to deliver a portfolio of Sustaining Capital EPCm and EPC projects. Hands-on experience with directly managing projects with previous oil and gas service providers would be strongly preferred. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b><br><ul><li> Project manage or provide project engineering support to deliver EPC/EPCM projects from project scoping and initiation, front end design, through detailed design, procurement, construction, hand over and close-out, including bottom line responsibility for the financial and technical success of the relevant aspects of those projects </li><li> Stakeholder engagement and management </li><li> Focus on Statement of Requirements throughout the phasing of the project from concept to detail design </li><li> Implementation of the company quality management system for the project </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Minimum 15 years direct Project Management / Senior Project Manager experience managing EPC or EPCM oil and gas related projects </li><li> Demonstrated administration skills necessary to initiate and lead a project, develop design / implementation schedules and provide on-going status reports to the senior management team and clients </li><li> Hands-on and performance driven Project Manager / Senior Project Manager </li><li> Demonstrated strong commitment to safety and implementation of strong change management practices </li><li> Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral </li><li> Bachelor's Degree in engineering </li></ul><br> Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role. <br><br>If you're a Project Manager, ready for your next project, then we are keen to hear from you today. <br><br>Apply now and take the next step in your career with this exciting opportunity! <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
