Responsible for weekly updates, monthly closing, ER, and diferentes reports per country. Support the FP&A Manager in developing the forecast process and supporting senior management with the development of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating plan. Responsible for actual P&L performance tracking against Plan and Forecasts Consolidate monthly and quarterly KPIs reports including Running Rates trend per Brand, Prices, Investments, Direct Cost, Direct Margins, and Opex and A&M Expenses. Ensure monthly quality and timely availability of financial information for the leadership team. Financial closing follow-up and review, alongside the Control team. Prepare the closing deck for monthly and YTD results. Location: Bogota, Colombia Qualifications/Requirements Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration Minimum 5 years of experience (preferable in finance) Computer literate – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and be able to quickly learn various in-house software applications (HFM, MOSAIC, SAP). Language: Spanish / English fluent. Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers Experience in reporting, planning, and control processes.
