This role will be perfect for someone that has prior BMS experience. However, this role will contain an on-call aspect of the role, and on occasions, you will need to work overtime and after hours to ensure that our clients’ needs are met. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to; Managing the breakdown and maintenance of Building Management Systems. Demonstrate a high knowledge of products to constantly suggest improvements to our customers. Ensure that excellent service delivery is met and achieved within budget & time constraints. Practicing a high degree of safety awareness, to ensure safety requirements are met onsite. Participate in on-call duties from time to time, where you may need to work after hours. Who are you? You are someone with an unrestricted Electrical License You are someone that has a drive for quality and can provide quality service to our customers. You are someone that has a customer-centric attitude You are someone that loves learning and will embrace our ethos of continuous development You are someone who possesses high level IT skills and the ability to quickly adapt to different systems An understanding of building automation, HVAC experience & proven knowledge of Basic IT skills, will also be highly regarded, however for the right candidate with electrical expertise in lieu of the HVAC experience, we can support training in this area. There is additionally an opportunity over time to be cross trained across all of Schneider products including security. Exposure to Security would be highly advantageous but not essential.
