S&P Global Ratings Rating Analyst, Infrastructure Ratings The Team: S&P Global is seeking an individual to join the Israel Infrastructure team as a Rating Analyst. The Impact: The position provides broad support for the Infrastructure team in all credit and ESG related matters: supports senior analysts in the analysis of the credit portfolio, works with senior analysts in preparing committee presentations, prepares publications and maintains databases. Assembles pertinent financial, technical and other data essential to debt rating activities, and applies acquired research, analytical and reporting skills. Responsibilities: We are seeking a professional that can contribute strongly to a team environment which stimulates continuous innovation and highest customer service standards. The role requires the candidate to communicate with a professional voice. This will require the candidate to enjoy strong communication skills to develop and maintain relationships. We are looking for a candidate that has a 2-year working experience in a financial institution, accounting, consulting firm or large corporation. Knowledge of financial modelling and financial forecasting will be highly valuable. Basic Qualifications: University degree graduate (Bachelors in arts, economics, Actuary, Business Administration, Engineering) At least 2 years of relevant professional experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Ability to learn on the job Understanding of financial modeling (would be a plus) Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines under time pressure Experience in managing, interpreting, and synthesizing data for analytical purposes Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team player with excellent time management skills Attention to detail is essential. Full business proficiency in English and Hebrew (other languages are a plus) Diligent and intellectually curious, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed Adaptability and ability to accept and learn from criticism Conduct with a strong professional behavior The role includes eventual travelling and on-the-job training.
