Ingeniero Tecnico de OPEX

En Eaton (Las Piedras, PR) tenemos la vacante Técnico OPEX Calidad y Manufactura. Este role tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: Proveer la información y data necesaria al ingeniero de proceso que sirvan de base para realizar proyectos de mejoras de eficiencia a las operaciones. FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Proveer apoyo a los ingenieros de proceso/diseño en las tareas relacionadas a los proyectos. Identificar a través de análisis de capacidad de procesos o de cualquier otra fuente la maquinaria que no es capaz de cumplir las expectativas. Interactuar con el personal de Facilidades para corregir esta situación. Interactuar con el personal de manufacturas para resolver situaciones relacionadas a garantizar la buena calidad de los productos. Desarrollar e implementar “fixtures”. Ayudar en proyectos que conduzcan a tecnología más avanzada en áreas de responsabilidad. Crear/mantener documentación relacionada a procesos – ingeniería, calidad, seguridad/ Generar documentación de los proyectos y mantener archivos de rendimiento de equipos. Coordinar y realizar validaciones de proceso y equipo según sea necesario. Reportar periódicamente progreso en tareas asignadas. Ayudar en el desarrollo de procedimientos y métodos operacionales cuando sea requerido. Asistir a los operadores e ingenieros de manufactura en el análisis y solución de problemas mediante uso de técnicas estadísticas. Dar seguimiento a acciones contenedoras o permanentes implantadas como resultado de Acciones Correctivas u oportunidades de mejoramiento identificadas. Realizar “follow up” con suplidores para el desarrollo de proyectos de mejora continua. Realizar otras tareas asignadas de acuerdo con el puesto Qualifications REQUISITOS: Educación: Bachillerato en Ingeniería Industrial/Eléctrica/Mecánica en Universidad (Graduado). Experiencia: Deseable experiencia previa en la industria relacionados a Control de Calidad y/o Ingeniería de Manufactura.
