Job Summary Janssen Sciences Ireland are now recruiting for a Digital & Technology Program Lead The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have: • Coordination and management of the project workstreams to meet the Cork 2030 Digital & Technology Roadmap for critical programs e.g. Digital Performance Management (DPM) • Leading and developing team members to meet business needs • Supporting and embedding an innovation culture in the Digital & Technology team by applying lean practices etc • Routine communication to key stakeholders on the deployment strategies and alignment with budget plan expectation • Cross site and global alignment with key strategic and functional areas • Compliance with all relevant safety & quality compliance measures and programs throughout the entire project lifecycle delivery • Demonstrate value in the optimization of existing Digital & Technology programs • Collaborate with the Digital & Technology team and end users while implementing the new technologies across the site Prioritize and schedule activities to support the project workstream needs and to meet requirements of the Cork 2030 Digital & Technology roadmap • Oversee all activities in compliance with corporate and cGMP/EHS regulatory requirements and ensuring any associated deviations are completed in a timely manner • Review of documentation in compliance with site procedures and GDP • Ensure effective communication occurs within the project teams and with other departments • Establishing team goals that align with the organisational goals and business/operational needs • Measuring these goals and ensuring that specific targets are met Qualifications We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements: • Third level or equivalent qualification • Demonstration of leadership capabilities in previous roles • Technical understanding of the site processes and systems e.g. in Operations/QC/Maintenance DESIRABLE: • Scientific or Technical Qualification • Supervisory or Project Management experience within a GMP regulated environment This is what awaits YOU at J&J: This is an opportunity to work with a groundbreaking biomedicine operation and to be a member of a Johnson & Johnson company, with an excellent record in employee continuous professional development and business improvement.
