Responsibilities: Manage and implement brand building strategies, marketing and communication plans for assigned category and retail projects to achieve business goal and sales target Accountable for A&CP plan and review, in view of optimizing ROI and effectiveness. Partner with BU teams to develop and deliver omnichannel initiatives, lead ongoing brand marketing and new product launch, including pre-campaign planning & post-campaign evaluation. Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales team to ensure brand strategy well executed at trade level, including pricing and promotion, and assist in category management. Conduct market research and data analysis, draw insights and propose business actions Keep track of marketing intelligence, including media, industry, competitor and consumer trend, and provide insightful analysis and recommendations for business growth. Liaise with creative, media and PR agencies in preparation of master marketing communication assets and ensure proper adaptation and usage of the materials Perform any ad hoc duties as required Requirements: Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline A minimum of 6 years' experience in brand marketing or relevant segment. Experience gained from FMCG industry is a definitely advantage Good presentation & project management with strong business & numerical sense Self-motivated, creative, excellent communication skills and good team player Result-oriented, independent and highly committed to the job Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin and Cantonese 5-day week, staff purchase discount and attractive remuneration package will be offered.
