Junior Electromechanics Designer (MF) - MV LoB

The MVO Lob has an opportunity for a Junior Electromechanics Designer. As a designer, you will have the chance to participate in the design of high complexity mechanisms and their integration into electromechanical vacuum interrupters for our customers. You will be part of the Components & Bricks team within the Engineering & Testing department and will participate in an internal project team in AGILE organizational mode. This means that you are the link between the Technical Offer Manager, the Product Owner and the other team members. Within a team of about twenty employees, you are responsible for a subset or a function of the solution that we create for and in consultation with our customers. Your technical background and the field of complex solutions attract you. The design of mechanisms and electrical devices is familiar to you, with advanced knowledge in modeling and calculations in the domains of kinematic mechanics, dynamics, force calculations, modeling of chain of dimensions on tools such as CE- tol and Creo. Key responsibilities and activities: Compile specifications and detailed instructions to understand the project requirements to lead the design. Responsible for assigned product design - drawings and BOMs (bill of materials) according to specifications using dedicated internal and external tools (software, database, 2D and 3D CAD system, international database..), being proactive and agile using international network. Apply the drawing rules, the standards, project specifications, industrialization internal rules, internal processes, propose improvements (method, tools, product, ..) Lead internal design stage reviews with squad and AGILE organization Implement the Designers Team Leader's given priorities, respect commitment on costs, on-time delivery and quality requirements given by PDL/RTL Write product verification/validation plans. Manage their execution in laboratories, analysis of results & reports to the internal customer (RTL/PDL) Establish and maintain strong links with other designers and other R&D teams, factories, and with cross functions Use simulation / analysis Use the real tests only on representative sample, and argue correctly for the remaining product range where appropriate Take into consideration industrial constraints during the design Drive standardization of customer variants for common solution Understand the system engineering model base in their perimeter Qualifications Profile: Engineer/Master degree in Mechanical, you have also some skills in electricals and electronics. You justify 3 to 5 years of experience and first projects to your credit in the offer creation for mass productions. You are comfortable with theoretical analysis based on kinematic, dynamic, tolerances domains and the design tools such as Creo , MDM, CE-tol , Symphony Your human qualities make you capable person: - to advance fairly quickly in the Application and Business knowledge of the LoB Power Systems, - to move forward in an environment of strong uncertainty, even to swim in troubled waters - to communicate with qualities of assertiveness and impact audience. - to express leadership, problem solving and decision making - Very good English level: written and spoken Schedule: Full-time Req: 007ODN
