Endpoint Compliance Lead

The mission of Schneider Digital IT Europe includes overall digital services delivered by the BU towards businesses and employees/end-users within the scope of the company. In order to ensure a best-in-class experience and service delivery, it is key to deliver and control our Digital Service Catalog towards the company’s businesses, ensuring consistency with global policies related to Endpoint Compliance for Cybersecurity and Software licenses (both mobile and Computers) The team you will manage is in charge of collaboration/productivity tools adoption (Teams, O365, …) You need to have a specific focus on end users experience and ability to smooth any transformation for all these activities. You need to ensure related processes/tools are delivering end to end service to Schneider employee. What will you do? Management : o Lead the team in charge of endpoint compliance in Europe (5 people) Team responsibility Endpoint : o PC patching process follow up o Industrial specific process and exception o Microsoft Windows and O365 release management o Ensure the usage of the enterprise images for computer o Global tools release management (browser, Adobe, … ) o Drive the Windows 7 EOL o Firewall/Antivirus deployment/compliance o Mobile compliance (enrolment process, security tools) o Software distribution major deployment validation Productivity tool adoption: o O365/Teams adoption action plan o Close work with change management/global teams to improve digital knowledge o Drive the Voice to Teams for Europe Users Identity management : Active Directory only o Ensure rules are known and followed in Europe o Ask/drive any change related to business/compliance need o Drive remediation plan Software license management o Organize the delivery action from purchasing to installation o Communicate the policy and ensure processes are in place to control policy application o Drive the remediation action (remove prohibited files from computer, Audit from software supplier) o Orchestrate the Europe modern management program (Intune, Sharepoint/Teams/Onedrive, …) o Be accountable of the remove admin right on computer initiative GCAB/EUR Change Advisory Board o Region CAB represents Employee experience o GCAB : analyze potential risks and ensure users centric approach of projects Projects/Internal Consulting o Provides resources to projects accordingly to Schneider process o Drive any region project/initiative related to endpoint compliance/Collaborative tools o Provide expertise/consulting to business issues/requests What qualifications will make you successful? • IT/Telecommunication/Support professional degree, college or university studies • ITIL foundation certification or higher • Microsoft OS/O365 • Project management and business stakeholder communication experience • Service management and control experience based on SLAs, OLAs with internal operation and partners • Contract and Vendor Management • Knowledge of corporate mobility network technologies • Microsoft Operating system and associated software (SCCM/MECM) • Basic cybersecurity skills • Microsoft Intune/ O365 full suite • Leadership : not only with your team but also to challenge any others teams/employee within the Enterprise IT organization • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong desire to achieve high customer satisfaction. • Must be a logical thinker and understand the concept of mobility synchronization products and services. • Customer service, employee centric and satisfaction oriented • Consistent, precise and reliable in administration • Organized, structured, energetic and open-minded person • Upper English speaker used on daily bases w/ international teams Travel requirements < 4 times / Year in the region Discover everything that we offer: • Life insurance • Flexible compensation: ticket restaurant , nursery, training, health insurance, etc. • Own your career: Enjoy all the benefits of Open Talent Market, our platform that uses AI to connect you with hundreds of job opportunities, projects and mentors around the world. • Flex@Work: flexible hours, telework, sabbaticals, purchase leave, floating holidays, Global Family Leave Policy • Recognize and be recognized through our StepUp program. • Club Schneider: discount on products and services throughout Spain. • Wellness: medical service, wellbeing laboratories, activities per workplace, gyms in different sites, etc. • If you like to go to the gym, we have a special agreement with Andjoy • Become a Schneider shareholder with our
