Collaborates with departments for new platform builds and troubleshooting platform issues. Communicates direction on designing and implementing new solutions. Advises with managers status updates, issues and/or concerns. Assists in maintaining and updating documentation. Administers onsite and remote assistance. Participates in planning, daily meetings, and backlogs sessions. Performs other duties and/or special projects. Identifies areas of opportunity to improve our service offering.
