Job Description We are looking for a German and English speaker Supplier Onboarding Specialist to join our team! The role is remote in Romania. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supplier Outreach: Send appropriate communications to targeted suppliers Communications in native language (German or English or French or Dutch) Answer questions regarding the Coupa onboarding process via e-mail Utilizing provided Coupa FAQ Conduct direct calls with suppliers regarding Coupa onboarding questions with local language support Supplier Information Management: Gather any relevant missing contact information prior to supplier outreach Correct information managed within master vendor list and maintain master vendor list Supplier Enablement to Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP): Link suppliers to the CSP Follow up status Reminder Consolidate spreadsheets and submit reports Perform key data entry into the required fields in accordance with Coupa validations Supplier Training: Establish supplier training materials Translation for instructional verbiage into local language Record training demo sessions Conduct ad-hoc live training demonstrations via Zoom Inviting suppliers for live demonstrations Conducting Question-and-Answer sessions REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree Broad based experience sourcing in data and supplier management 1-3 years of experience in multinational business environment Coupa experience.
