Working on large scale projects with cutting-edge technology, we constantly improve and innovate.<br><br><b><b>Take ownership for leading customer projects</b></b><br><br>As a Senior Project Management Manager you will be responsible for leading and directing all active association with customer project management. Viewed as a functional Subject Matter Expert. <br><br>As an Senior Project Management Manager, you will be responsible for:<br><br><ul><li>Leading and directing all active association with customer project management. Should not be used for Project managers at any level.<br></li><li>Advising management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. Presents to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions. Works with cross-functional teams. Has major influence on small business unit or Family within a Function or P&L<br></li><li>Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation. Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.<br></li><li>Leading complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization. Projects have a long term horizon (2- 3 years). Results will be visible after at least 2 years.<br></li></ul><br><br><b><b>Fuel your passion</b></b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree in mechanics or equivalent from an accredited university. <br></li><li>Have at least 7 additional years of experience in project management. <br></li><li>Have willingness and ability to travel 30 % of the time <br></li><li>Have a Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering is preferred. <br></li><li>Have proven records of Project manager, field service manager or Contract Management in industrial sector such as refinery and Power Generation industry. <br></li><li>Be Microsoft suite and Smartsheet proficiency <br></li><li>Have strong business and financial acumen including SAP are preferred. <br></li><li>Have technical knowledge of valves business and associated systems is preferred. <br></li><li>Have exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. <br></li><li>Be native or equivalent speaking in Japanese required. <br></li></ul><br><br><b><b>Work in a way that works for you</b></b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
